Looking for a chastity contract to sign with your partner?

Well, I have finally drafted one! A blog post about chastity contracts has been long requested by many of you, so I finally took the time to draft one 🙂

Now before I go any further I’d like to say that I am NOT a lawyer. So this is not a legally binding contract.

And I am not a particularly good writer, so there are probably a ton of writing errors/mistakes in the contract. So if you spot any glaring mistakes, let me know!

So…what is a chastity contract?

Well, a chastity contract is an agreement outlining the terms of locking your husband/boyfriend in chastity.

I’ve already talked about the many benefits of chastity in the past.

So if you’re taking this step, you probably agree that chastity is the best thing that could happen to your female led relationship!

Now, this isn’t a comprehensive chastity contract because I could literally write a 100 page contract outlining every little detail.

However, I think this is a great template/example for a contract. Feel free to use whatever portion of the agreement that I’ve drafted up (just please link back to this blog post if you post it elsewhere).

Contract

1. This contract has been drawn up to define the terms and conditions of the slave’s lockup in chastity by the keyholder. The slave will grant his keyholder complete control over his cock/balls and sexual release.

2. Under the terms of the Chastity Contract, the slave will be offering his chastity key to the keyholder under his own free will and trusting her to manage his sexual affairs.

Terms and Definitions

The following terms are used in the contract with the following definitions:

Chastity cage: A lockable device that goes over the slave’s penis. The cage is designed to make masturbation and orgasm very difficult or almost impossible.

Chastity spot check: A request by the keyholder for photo and/or video evidence proof that the slave’s cock is locked in chastity.

Lockup period: The amount of time the keyholder keeps the slave locked in chastity. The lockup period is agreed upon in advance with strict guidelines on when the cage will come off (including emergency situations).

Male Chastity: The abstinence of sexual stimulation of the slave enforced by his keyholder. The male will wear a chastity cage with the keys held by his keyholder for safeguard.

Release date: The date the lockup period ends, resulting in the slave’s release from the chastity cage.

Start date: The mutually agreed upon date of the start of the lockup period.

The keyholder: The individual who will hold the slave’s chastity key and assume full control and ownership of the slave. This individual will supervise the securing and release of the slave from chastity. The keyholder will also assume complete control over the slave sexually.

The slave: The individual who will be locked in chastity for the agreed upon lockup period by the keyholder.

Obligations

1. The slave will have the following obligations under the chastity contract:

2. The slave understands that all power and authority lies with the keyholder.

3. The slave will purchase or obtain the chastity cage of his keyholder’s desire. The cage will be worn at all times during the contract with the keys solely held by the keyholder.

4. Under the lockup period, the slave submits ownership of his genitals to the keyholder.

5. The slave agrees to wear the chastity cage to ensure the keyholder’s newly acquired property is secure and properly functioning. The slave also agrees to not masturbate or orgasm without the keyholder’s express command.

6. The slave agrees to use the toilet seat sitting down for all bathroom matters. If the toilet seat is caught in the upright position, it will result in two additional days added to the lockup period.

7. The slave is not authorized to access the keys to the chastity cage at any time except during emergencies.

8. The slave can request the chastity cage to be removed two times a week for personal hygiene purposes under the strict supervision of the keyholder. If an emergency arises, the keyholder will review the situation to see if it is appropriate for the slave to remove the chastity cage.

9. The slave is not permitted to touch, rub, fondle, or otherwise receive sexual gratification without the keyholder’s express consent.

10. The keyholder will decide if and when any sexual gratification will be experienced by the slave. Any infractions of this rule will result in additional days added to the lockup period at a rate of no more than 10 days.

11. If the lockup period coincides during the slave’s birthday, the slave will be allowed a ruined orgasm on his birthday.

12. The slave understands that any orgasm (ruined or otherwise) during the lockup period is at the complete discretion of the keyholder and no guarantees are made at all.

13. Any unauthorized orgasms or premature orgasms will result in an automatic reset of the lockup period.

14. The slave is required to wear no clothing (just the chastity cage) at all times while in the privacy of the home when the keyholder is present.

15. The slave must provide photo or video evidence proof that he is wearing the chastity cage when the keyholder demands a chastity spot check. Failure to comply with this request within a timely manner (generally no more than 5 minutes) will result in 1 day being added to the lockup period.

16. The user is allowed to implore the keyholder to be let out of the cage. However, excessive begging will result in additional days added to the lockup period at the sole discretion of the keyholder.

Hygiene and safety

1. The slave is responsible for daily cleaning of the chastity cage and the keyholder’s property (i.e. her genitals). Twice a week the slave may request freedom from the cage for a deep cleaning, including shaving pubic hair. This process must be supervised with the keyholder physically present.

2. The slave must notify the keyholder of any concerns regarding personal hygiene or personal safety/health when they arise. The keyholder will then decide if this constitutes an emergency for temporary release from the chastity cage until the problem has been resolved.

3. Before the lockup period, the slave will shave his pubic hair to be neat and presentable.

4. Once a week the keyholder will inspect the slave’s cage to ensure his personal hygiene is up to her standards.

Locking of the chastity cage

1. The locking of the slave’s genitals will be supervised by the keyholder with the keyholder physically present. After the chastity cage has been put on, the keyholder will inspect the fit to ensure it is secure.

2. The keyholder will acquire the lock and key for the chastity cage and keep two sets of keys for safe keeping. One key will be kept on her person and the other in a safe location for emergencies.

3. The slave will not have access to the key except in certain emergencies.

4. If the slave cannot reduce the size of his penis to fit the chastity cage, the keyholder has the authority to shrink the slave’s penis in a manner of her choosing. This may include: cold showers, applying icy hot on the slave’s penis and testicles, or kicking the slave’s testicles.

5. The keyholder will keep two sets of keys to the slave’s chastity cage. One key will be kept in a safe place (only to the keyholder’s knowledge) for emergency situations. The other key will be worn by the keyholder in one of the following places: around the keyholder’s neck, around the keyholder’s ankle, or around the keyholder’s wrist.

6. Emergency access to the key is at the keyholder’s sole discretion.

Sexual Obligations

1. Sexual release for the slave will be at the sole discretion of the keyholder.

2. The slave understands that it is entirely possible that the keyholder will not allow the slave any sexual release during the lockup period.

3. The slave is not allowed any sexual gratification unless permitted by the keyholder. The slave is not permitted to stroke his penis or testicles without the express permission of the keyholder.

4. The slave will not watch any form of pornography and read erotica unless he has permission from the keyholder.

5. Any violation of the above conditions will result in swift and hard punishment by the keyholder.

6. There is no obligation for the keyholder to give the slave any sexual relief even if she had previously indicated so in writing or verbally.

7. The keyholder shall determine the slave’s sexual release at all times.

8. The slave will not ask for sexual release (i.e. an orgasm) unless ordered to do so.

9. Upon signing of the Chastity Contract, the keyholder becomes the legal owner of the slave. As a result, the keyholder may use the slave in any manner she chooses as long as there is no permanent harm.

10. The keyholder may perform any sexual act on the slave no matter how crude it may be.

11. The slave acknowledges and accepts that the keyholder will have certain sexual needs that need to be fulfilled during the lockup period.

12. The slave will provide cunnlingus to the keyholder any time she desires no matter the location. In addition, the slave agrees to satisfy the keyholder in any way she desires without concern regarding his own sexual gratification.

13. The slave acknowledges and accepts that during the lockup period, the keyholder may choose to engage in sexual relations with other men. The slave also acknowledges that this does not constitute infidelity on the keyholder’s part.

14. The slave acknowledges and agrees that the keyholder may use various methods of teasing to torment the slave at any time. Further, the slave understands that he has no say for when such teasing ends.

Household chores

1. During the lockup period, the slave will be responsible for all household chores assigned by the keyholder. This includes (but is not limited to): cooking, washing the dishes, laundry, vacuuming the floors, mopping the floors, cleaning the windows, and yardwork.

2. Once a week the keyholder will inspect the slave’s performance in carrying out these chores. Punishment may be given out if the performance is not up to standard.

Privacy

1. Both parties agree that life outside their sex life will remain its status quo. As a result, their sex life will be kept separate from their professional and social lives.

2. This chastity contract is strictly confidential between the keyholder and the slave. The contract’s existence will not be made known to other parties in whole or part.

End of contract

1. The contract will come to the end at the agreed upon end date or in the rare case, a breach of contract.

Breach of contract

1. Breach of contract by either the keyholder may constitute a cancellation of the chastity contract.

2. Breach of contract by the slave will be determined at the sole discretion of the keyholder.

3. Cancellation of the contract will result in the immediate release of the slave from its chastity cage.

End Date

1. At the end of the lockup period (the “end date”), the keyholder will remove the chastity cage from the slave’s penis.

2. The slave will then be allowed to use his penis in any way he desires.

Automatic renewal

1. The contract may be automatically renewed for an additional term with the exact same lockup duration and the exact same terms and conditions of the original agreement if agreed upon verbally by both the keyholder and the slave.

Slave Punishments

1. Over the course of the lockup period, the slave may be punished by the keyholder for any reason she deems appropriate. The slave will accept all punishment willingly as long as they do not cause long-term harm.

2. The keyholder may carry out punishments based on the level of infraction by the slave – which are classified into three categories: 1) minor infractions, (2) moderate infractions, and (3) severe infractions.

Minor infractions

1. The list of minor infraction punishments include:

2. Additional days in chastity: At her sole discretion, the keyholder may add an additional 1 to 3 days of chastity to the lockup period.

3. Tease and denial session: The slave will ensure a cruel 10 minute tease and denial session while tied down.

4. Spanks: The keyholder will deliver 10 spanks to each of the slave’s butt cheeks with a wooden paddle or metal spoon. If those tools are not available, the keyholder may elect to use her bare palm.

5. Wearing panties: The slave will be required to wear a pair of panties for 24 hours. They keyholder will decide which panties the slave will wear.

Moderate infractions

1. The list of moderate infraction punishments include:

2. Additional days in chastity: At her sole discretion, the keyholder may add an additional 4 to 7 days of chastity to the lockup period.

3. Kicks to the testicles: The keyholder will kick the slave’s testicles 10 times with her barefoot.

4. Kneel over rice: The keyholder will make the slave kneel over rice for 10 minutes.

5. Slaps to the face: The keyholder will slap the slave 5 times on each side of the face with her bare palm.

Severe infractions

1. The list of severe infraction punishments include:

2. Additional days in chastity: At her sole discretion, the keyholder may add an additional 8 to 10 days of chastity to the lockup period.

3. Breach of contract: Under a breach of contract, the chastity contract will be terminated and the slave will be immediately released from the chastity cage.

4. Pegging: The keyholder will peg the slave with a strapon while using a generous amount of lubricant.

5. No orgasms: The slave will go 30 days without sexual release.

6. Spiked chastity cage: The slave will be required to wear a spiked chastity cage for 24 hours.
